This device is suitable for training, skill assessment exams, and martial arts competitions for personnel in positions such as electricity meter reading, electricity billing, and electricity marketing and charging. It adopts computer control and is divided into two parts: PC system and analog wiring cabinet. All functional operations are completed on the computer, making it easy to operate. The design of the system control interface is based on personalization and humanization, with the design principles of user convenience and simple operation. Therefore, the interface operation part of this system is simple and practical. The operation method conforms to the popular software system nowadays, and non professional computer personnel can proficiently operate this system after simple training.

The device can combine multiple types based on the number of table bits, including 8 table bits, 16 table bits, 24 table bits, 32 table bits, etc.

Each meter on the device can be set with TV (PT) and TA (CT) display values.

Each set of tables (4 pieces) provides a timer, allowing each device to provide a maximum of more workstations for training or exams.

The device can simulate the relationship between the main table and the sub table.

The device can provide voltage and current for various types of energy meters, and can also set the phase angle to ensure the normal operation of the meter.

The device can simulate line loss and transformer loss.

Each meter of the device provides a set of 485 wires, which can collect real-time data from the energy meter and support multiple communication protocols, including D ● 645-1997 and D ● 645-2007. And it supports the collection of data from smart energy meters.

The system can read meters through a meter reading machine, and learning and training can effectively control the error rate of manual meter reading.

The device supports centralized meter reading function, and the system can centrally read the electricity meters at all meter positions on the equipment, increasing data collection efficiency.

The system provides a default commonly used wiring error question bank, which can be manually added, deleted, and modified according to training needs. Exam questions can be automatically generated based on the selected type.

The system can set the exam name and exam time. After the exam starts, the device clock will count down according to the exam time. During the exam, the exam can be paused to facilitate emergency response and ensure smooth progress.

After the exam, the test paper can be saved. The test paper can be queried based on the exam name and time, and the fault, energy meter data, TA, TV, and other information set for each meter in the test paper can be viewed.

The system can edit customer information, set the total score relationship of the energy meter, fill in the data information of the energy meter, and automatically generate customer description information. The system can automatically calculate the customer's payable electricity bill based on customer information, measurement relationship, energy meter data, etc.

The calculation rules can be set according to the methods of calculating electricity bills in different regions, including reading electricity consumption, transformer losses, line losses, basic electricity bills, power factor, electricity bills per kilowatt hour, surcharges, adjusted electricity bills, payable electricity bills, etc.
